This was a commissioned piece. The client wanted an abstract in her chosen colour scheme, having seen some of my free abstract experiments on Instagram. In plotting it out, I'd decided it was to be a 'multiple world seascape' (which I think is a phrase I just invented).
Half way through the work, when showing the client some pictures, she said it reminded her of a Norwegian poem, called Haust. So I asked her for a translation and loved it so much that I incorporated some of the ideas into the finished piece. So here is Haust.
