COPYRIGHT: Unless otherwise agreed, Charley Hellier retains all rights to the images she has created. Unlawful use of images is infringement of copyright and will face prosecution.

RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase of an original, you may return it within 14 days for a refund of the price of the product excluding the postage and packaging price, however you must pay for the return postage. Refunds will be issued when the piece is received by the artist.

If the item is a commission piece, you may be entitled to a 50% refund, as the work has been personalised to you.

DELIVERY: Artworks and prints are sent tracked and signed for. Prints are sent rolled in a cardboard tube for protection.

HANGING: D rings and wire are attached to stretched canvases and wood panels for hanging purposes. Works on paper or small canvas boards are not prepped for hanging, as I recommend to frame them. Works on paper will generally be mounted on backing board.

FRAMING: Items are sent unframed unless otherwise stated. If you wish an item to be framed by the artist before delivery, this can be arranged. Please get in touch about this.

COMMISSIONS: When a commission is requested, the artist will provide some small studies to ensure style and composition match with your requirements. Once these are agreed upon and work has commenced on the final piece, a reasonable amount of small amendments may be requested when the artwork is nearing completion. Large changes to the style and content of the piece will however incur more charges.

A deposit of 50% is to be paid before work commences. The final 50% must be received on completion before the work is sent out to the client.
